Today we discussed critical thinking and the benefits of social media. We applied examples such as the revolutions in Egypt and Libya in order to see how social media and video allow the outside world to truly see whats going on in a country. We also discussed the reach of censorship in the media, especially due to corporations and lobbyists.
In terms of the group project, we will have to call our locations soon. I'm looking forward to getting some shots in the field, as well as editing the video.
